What is a Special Order?
If you see a button on the product page that says "Special Order" that means we do not physically have that product in our store but it is available for us to order along with our regular weekly deliveries.
Special Order items are items that may have a slightly longer lead time than our everyday items. Though lead times can vary these items are normally fulfilled within 3-7 days. See more details below:
HOW TO ORDER
Simply add the Special Order items to your cart along with any other items you are ordering and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, we will begin fulfilling it right away!
HOW WE FULFILL
In-stock items will be available immediately for pickup or delivery. Special Order items are fulfilled within 3-7 days.
If your order includes both in-stock and Special Order items, We will fulfill all in-stock items immediately and schedule a separate pick-up or delivery time (at no extra cost to you) for any Special Order items.
In the rare case that any of your items are out of stock with the manufacturer or supplier, we will contact you right away to offer a substitute product, a later pick-up or delivery date, or a full refund.
Special Order FAQs
Can I cancel my order before I receive it?
Yes, of course! If you have a change of heart, contact us and we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund or store exchange credit.
Once received, are special order items refundable?
Yes! However, certain conditions apply. Items ordered by the case quantity (like canned pet food) are only refundable if the entire, unopened case is returned. Pet apparel and frozen items are not eligible for refunds. See our refund policy for more details about returns & exchanges.
