      Purchase online and choose In-Store Pickup as your shipping method. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 hours during business hours. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation with you when you arrive.

      You’ll get an email or text confirmation once your order is ready for pickup and another one once your order has been picked up. For faster service, bring your confirmation email to the register and we will retrieve your order for you.

      No-Contact Curbside Pickup is available too!

      Here’s how it works:

      • Order online & select in-store pickup
      • Wait to receive your "Ready for Pick Up" email or text 
      • When you arrive at the store parking lot, call or text the store & let us know you are here
      • We will promptly bring your order out to you
      • Open your trunk or door and we will place your order in your vehicle

        How do I know if an item is eligible for pick up?

        All items in our store are eligible for free in-store pick up!

        When do I pick up my order?

        You will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email or text within an hour after checkout (during regular business hours) letting you know your order is ready for you to pick up. If your order was placed when the store is closed, we will get your order ready for you to pick up the next business day.

        Can someone else pick up my order?

        Yes! Leave a note at checkout to let us know the name of the person you are having pick up your order.

        Where do I go and what do I bring with me to the store?

        Go to our store at 404 NW 10th Avenue in Gainesville, Florida during regular business hours. Bring your 'Ready for Pickup' email in print or on your mobile phone and we will fetch your order for you.

        Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?

        Yes! Valid site promotion codes and Tabby Token points may be used on in-store pickup orders. Manufacturer Coupons are not currently accepted for in-store pickup orders.

        How long do I have to pick up my order?

        If your order is not picked up within 7 days, will contact you to inquire. If we cannot reach you within 10 days after your order was placed, your items will be returned to stock and we will issue a refund.  Contact us if you need to change your in-store pick up order to local home delivery.

        How do I cancel or return my purchase?

        In-store Pickup purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase by coming in to our store during regular business hours.  For returns with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. For returns without a receipt, you will receive an in-store credit upon approval. Please review our Return Policy.

        How do I check my order status?

        You can can track your order, check your order history, and view your current order status by logging in to your password-protected store account.  If you do not have a store account, you can create one CREATE A STORE ACCOUNT HERE.

        We offer Local Home Doorstep Delivery to most all Zip Codes in Gainesville and Alachua County!  To be sure you are in our delivery zone, you can check your address at checkout or refer to our eligible Zip Code List HERE

        HOW TO ORDER FOR HOME DELIVERY

        Purchase online and choose Local Delivery as your shipping method. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and we will begin preparing your order for home delivery.

        LOCAL HOME DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES

        We deliver Monday-Saturday except major holidays. For same-day delivery, order by 3:00 pm Monday-Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Saturday will be delivered the following Monday.

        If you need a delivery outside our regular delivery days or times or for an address outside our normal delivery area, give us a call or shoot us a text and we will do our very best to make it happen!

        HOME DELIVERY ADDRESS TYPES

        We deliver to any residential or business/office address within our delivery area.  With business/office addresses or apartment complexes, just let us know where you want us to leave the order (i.e., main lobby, your actual unit, etc.) by leaving a comment at checkout when you place your order.

        Who is my delivery driver?

        We're a small, locally owned business & it's just us chickens here!  We do not use a courier or 3rd party delivery service.  Your driver will be one of the Tabby Team - the same familiar faces you see in our store!

        Do I need to be home for Home Delivery?

        No, we can leave the order at your front door, or anywhere else you would prefer.  Just make sure you leave a comment in at checkout when you place your order.  If you do not have any special instructions, we’ll make sure to leave the order at the front door waiting for you!

        How do I cancel or return my purchase?

        Local Home Delivery purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase by coming in to our store during regular business hours.  For returns with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.         Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?

        Yes! If you are ordering frozen products, we recommend that you be timely with receiving your order.  You can leave an ice chest on your porch if you will be away…just leave us a comment at checkout when you place your order.

        Do you deliver beer & wine?

        Yes! Our beer and wine is always available for Local Home Delivery. In accordance with Florida State law, we will only sell and deliver alcohol to customers over the age of 21.  In addition to our online age check app, we require a valid photo ID upon delivery to ensure that the individual receiving the product is the same as the person who purchased it.

        Please Note: We deliver beer & wine to customers in our home delivery area in Alachua County.  We do not ship alcohol at this time.

        SHIPPING SCHEDULE
        We ship daily!  All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after checkout. Occasionally, there may be delays outside of our control and we will communicate with you if that happens.

        You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

        SHIPPING METHODS
        Primarily, we use Priority mail via USPS and UPS. Most shipments arrive between 2-4 business days from date of shipment. When the carrier is experiencing delays, it will likely affect your shipments expected delivery day. 

        SHIPPING RATES
        Shipping is FREE on orders over $75.  If your order is under $75, you will be charged Flat Rate shipping. To view shipping charges, simply add your items to your cart. This will NOT commit you to purchase; simply add or remove items to see adjusted postage.

        Please Note: Some items on our website are not available to be shipped.  You can find out if an item can be shipped to you by viewing the item.  If you see a green check mark next to "Shipping Anywhere in the U.S", the item is available to be shipped. If there is no check mark, the item is not available to be shipped. If you place an item in your cart that is not available for shipping, you will need to remove that item from your cart before proceeding to checkout.
