In Store Shopping
Our store is located in the beautiful Grove Street neighborhood near the
Duck Pond and Downtown Gainesville. We are open Monday-Saturday for
in-store shopping. Come visit us at 404 NW 10th Avenue in Gainesville, Florida.

FREE Store Pickup - Available for all items on our website
Always Free! Store Pick-up orders are normally ready for pick-up within one
hour after checkout during regular business hours. We will notify you as
soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

Same-Day Local Delivery - Available for all items on our website
Home Delivery is available within 25 miles of our store location in Gainesville, Florida. For Same-Day Delivery, order by 2 pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Local Delivery is $5 and no minimum purchase is required. All orders are hand-delivered by Downtown Tabby Pet Store staff.

Shipping - Available for select items on our website
For items available for shipping, we ship daily from our store in
Gainesville, Florida to anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States. At
Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. * Please
note: Some products may not ship to you and a message will appear at
checkout directing you to remove those items from your cart before
proceeding. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the
shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically
calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Order Status: You can check and track your order from your order confirmation email or by logging in to your account.
